Hello to all of you who are embarking on the Prolon journey with me and several members of the office staff! Today is day 2 for us.
I am writing to encourage you! The first day is usually not so bad, but day 2 and sometimes 3 can be more difficult as your body shifts into the fat-burning mode. Please remember that, though it is difficult, this is only for 5 days! And you are choosing to do something for your body for the health benefits.
As a bonus, you will likely lose 5# or more. Remember to stay well-hydrated throughout the day. Feeling intermittent hunger is normal--you will get through it.
You are decreasing your visceral fat (fat around the intestines) as well as abdominal fat. It's tough but it's worth it. Savor every bite of the three Prolon meals!
